our assistant academy
We’ve designed our Assistant Academy to be a hands-on, immersive learning experience that sets you up for long-term success.

Program Length: 9 months (with opportunities to fast-track)

Structure: A blend of assisting our team and working behind the chair a few days each week

Focus: Real-world experience in all services, with a strong emphasis on extensions and color

Outcome: A clear pathway to become a full-time stylist with commission opportunities upon graduation
